あしゅさんによる、横長のフォルムが印象的なポーチ型ショルダーバッグ。
風合いにこだわった布を草木染めし、主にアクリル絵の具で筆を運んでは洗う工程を繰り返す。一点ごとに異なる色の重なりや筆あとの表情、手をかけて生まれた独特の質感を、暮らしの道具へと仕立てています。
約24×11cm、マチ5cmのすっきりとした形。スマートフォンや財布、鍵など、外出に必要な小物をコンパクトにまとめられます。
ショルダーの長さは最大約150cm。装いや体格に合わせて長さを調整でき、斜め掛けにして身軽に出かけるのにも。細長いシルエットと布の豊かな色彩が、装いのアクセントになります。
手に触れる心地よさと、使い続けるうちに変化していく布の風合いも楽しめる作品です。

神奈川県生まれ。
女子美術大学 絵画学科 版画コース 卒業
同大学院 美術専攻版画 修了
大学で油絵と版画を学び、九十九里町へと移り住む。
ガラス工芸の会社に勤務したのち、「あしゅ」として布に絵を描き、
一点もののバッグや布小物を制作する活動を始める。
Asyu / Pouch-Style Shoulder Bag
A slim, horizontally shaped shoulder bag made from carefully selected fabric, botanically dyed and worked mainly with acrylic paint through repeated brushwork and washing. Each piece features distinctive layers of color, brush marks, and a richly textured surface.
Measuring approximately 24 × 11 cm with a 5 cm gusset, it is suited to carrying a smartphone, wallet, keys, and other small essentials.
The adjustable shoulder strap extends to approximately 150 cm, allowing it to be worn across the body. Its elongated silhouette and expressive textile surface add a distinctive touch to everyday outfits.
The fabric's character continues to evolve with use.
